2025 Sign On is Now Open
Dear Hornets Members Existing & New.
Our Sign On will be open from Monday 9th December 2025 for the 2026 season. This can be done online at www.playnrl.com when you are ready to register.
The fees for the season are as follows:
Buzz Buzz 3-5s - $220
U6s - $250 + QRL Insurance
U7s - $270 + QRL Insurance
U8s-U9s - $275 + QRL Insurance
U10s-U12s - $290 + QRL Insurance
U13s-U15s - $295 + QRL Insurance
U16s-U17s - $295 + QRL Insurance
U18s - $295 + QRL Insurance
U19s - $230 + QRL Insurance
Seniors- $250 + QRL Insurance
You will be required to pay an insurance fee at time of sign on online direct to the QRL on PlayRugbyLeague.com, which will be deducted from the total amount above.
For the balance of the fees, our Bank Details are - Helensvale Hornets JRLFC. BSB 633 000. Account Number: 147 518 856, with surname of PLAYER and year of birth as a reference.
You may also be able to get a Get Started voucher for $200 towards your child's fees. Please check out the below link for details.(unfortunately the QRL won’t accept this to pay their insurance portion when signing on to Playrugbyleague.com however the club will if you hand them into the girls at the office).

Training will commence on the following dates. Please check what age group you fall under as we stagger the return dates to manage grading of teams etc.

The office will reopen for sign on assistance once junior training recommences on the Tuesday 13th January 2026 from 5.30pm - 7.30pm for purchase of uniforms and payments. A reminder that all players must have paid your QRL Insurance at time of Registration. Your Fees are due before Round 1. You can pay online - Helensvale Hornets JRLFC. BSB 633 000. Account Number: 147 518 856, with surname of PLAYER and year of birth as a reference.
Players who did not produce ID in the way of a birth certificate or passport last year and do not have one on the data base file, will need to bring one to the Club for copying. You will be notified if we require one from you. Also, any player photos that are more than 6 months old will need updating so if asked, please assist us with attending to having a new photo taken.
Transfer Players - please use this link https://playnrl.com/register/player/ and lodge a clearance submission request or email registrar@helensvalehornets.com.au with your full name and date of birth. Transfer players will need to bring to the Club, ID documents and have their photo taken. Please do this as soon as you can.
